· Plant Performance Evaluation and Optimization. Provide plant evaluation including: data review and evaluation, optimization testing and implementation. Combustion and emissions performance as well as gas-side fouling and corrosion are particular specialties.

· Plant Performance Testing. Review OEM test procedures, witness OEM performance testing, write performance test procedures, coordinate and report on performance testing.

· Plant/Project Technical Evaluation. Provide neutral third party technical evaluation of projects.

· Plant Inspection Services. Provide boiler inspections and reporting. Services include coordination and supervision of NDT contractors.

· Plant Start-Up Support. Provide on-site and off-site support for plant start-ups.

· Operator Training Programs. Develop and/or present operating training programs. Training programs are customized to meet specific customer requirements.

· Project Management. Provide project management of technical studies and plant upgrades, including overall coordination of various vendors and OEM suppliers, cost monitoring, proposal development and project reporting.
